A.R.S Section 15-907 (C)

...the governing board shall publish, by November 15, the annual financial report for the school district either in a newspaper of general circulation within the school district, by electronic transmission of the information to the Arizona Department of Education for posting on the department's website or in the official newspaper of the county as prescribed in section 11-255, or the governing board may mail the annual financial report for the school district to each household in the school district.

Under the headings below enter the following information:

1) Fiscal Year - Set Fiscal Year to 2023

2) LEA Type – Set to Charter District.

3) Document Template Name – Charter Holders Annual Financial Report

4) ED/Org Name/CTDS – Select 4431 - Portable Practical Education Preparation, Inc

5) File Submission Status – All Process Types

6)Click on the green button-Update Submission Status Details

The following steps will be in the results window below listing any reports submitted by the school district:

7) Scroll across the selected reports and look for the submission that states: Processed or Processed with Warning(s) or Informational under the “File Submission” heading

8) Click on the link under the “Submission Reference #” heading (it will be in blue)

9) Your system will download the Annual Financial Report, (AFR) for the selected fiscal year in an Excel report

10) You may then open the document for viewing
